Nature: Quiet / Often lost in thought

Strengths: When sober, Blain is quite calm and level headed. Very quiet, yes, but level headed just the same, and intelligent to boot. Ability wise, he is also very skilled with discharging the electricity that surrounds him and creating gusts of wind. He also can manipulate objects with his mind using basic psychic powers.

Weaknesses: Barring generic type weaknesses, Blain has only two main weaknesses: his siblings' fighting and alcoholic beverages. The latter is usually the bigger and most common weakness. And unfortunately, he has these pretty much whenever he goes to Spinda's Café, which is often.

Ability:

• Levitate - Blain, when conscious, floats. The height from the ground is dependent on Blain; if he wants to float high or just above the ground, he can.

Name and Species: Lani / Emolga
Gender: Female
Nature: Mild / Highly curious

Strengths: Lani is exactly what you would expect from her species: nimble and quick-footed. She can maneuver through trees with ease, and has a good level of control over her electric powers. She also is able to slash through the air with her arms, causing a ripple that can cause a large amount of damage.

Weaknesses: Lani, being one of the newest Pokémon in Tao Village, is very unaccustomed to village life, though she is slowly getting used to it. She also is very curious, which can get her into some trouble once in a while. One other thing Lani has trouble with is cold. She can suffer through it, but it screws her over in more ways than you'd think. In the cold she's quite frail, and it doesn't take much to hurt her. And when one takes into account how weakened her immune system is in cold weather… It's a pretty good idea to just not mess with it.

Abilities:

• Static - If anybody lays a hand on Lani, they have a chance of having the electricity that courses through her body go into theirs, usually paralyzing them. • Motor Drive - Much like a motor, any electricity that hits Lani is absorbed into her body, making her both immune to any Electric-type attacks and faster when "charged" with an Electric-type move.

Moves: Charge Beam; Shock Wave; Air Slash; Acrobatics

Accessories: Lani has a small, purple scarf that she keeps with her. She only wears it, however, if it turns chilly.

To Whom It May Concern;

Thank you for considering my application, first of all. I would also like to thank Shroomsworth for introducing me to Blain, as he has decided to let me join his team given there are no other teams open. As I've told you during our first meeting, I'd like to join your guild because of what my Aunts and Uncle have told me during my visits to their home in Steel City. That... and I'm not going to lie; being a rescuer never really interested me, and Devonshire and Gunpowder just plain scare me.
